We’re proud to be your Martin Guitars Authorized Warranty Service Center - a recognition earned not through paperwork, but through the quality of our work.

For years, we weren’t officially partnered with Martin. Back when Mike Marshall ran the shop full-time, he used to say becoming a Martin center meant flying out to Nazareth for certification - and between our busy schedule and steady stream of Martin repairs from loyal clients, we never made the trip.

But that changed a few years back when a Martin sales representative brought in his personal guitar for Barrett Culpepper to refret. After seeing the precision and care that went into the job, he insisted Martin bring us on as an official Warranty Service Center. Now, even other shops ship their Martin warranty work to us - because they know it's in expert hands. Martin is one of our favorite brands to work with, and they stand behind every guitar they build.

• Make sure your guitar is registered with Martin (you may have done this at purchase). If not, register it here.

  *PLEASE make sure your guitar has been fully registered with C.F. Martin & Co. prior to dropping off your instrument for warranty.

  Unregistered guitars can significantly delay the warranty approval process and often require multiple follow-ups between the client, Southeast Guitar Repair, and Martin Warranty representatives.

  To help us maintain an efficient workflow and timely repair turnaround, any Martin warranty repair submitted without completed registration may be subject to an administrative processing fee for the additional time required to manage and coordinate the registration process.

Did you know your Martin Limited Lifetime Warranty can be voided if repairs are done by someone not authorized by Martin? We’ve seen it happen - a client’s warranty claim was denied because of a botched binding repair by an unauthorized shop. Even something as simple as installing a strap button can go wrong in the wrong hands. (True story: a nearby store had to buy a customer a brand-new Martin after an employee botched that exact job.)
